We love cleaning with dogs around! However, if your dog has shown signs of aggression, we kindly ask that you keep them inside during the cleaning. Your pet's safety and the safety of our team are essential. If your dog is aggressive, we ask you to keep them indoors or remove them from our route.
Yes, you can request a specific cleaning day! While not every day will be available in your area, we can typically offer 2-3 options to accommodate your schedule.
We don’t provide exact arrival times for our services. While we try to accommodate your schedule, we optimize our routes for efficiency at midnight the day before service to keep costs low.
